During the second week of December 2011, a group of industry leaders and support areas of the 3 production plants, met in Curitiba, Brazil to build together the AGP Industrial vision to 2014 and to focus efforts on making it happen.

In addition to laying the foundations for the Industrial Master Plan, the meeting served to strengthen the synergies between all attendees and made as a result a great plan of action that will ensure continuous improvement in 8 central themes, among which are Quality, Process, Product and People.
