In May the sixth version of the GPEC (General Police Equipment Conference) took place in Lipzig, Germany. This is the most important private fair in Central Europe, exhibiting police and military equipment, security technology and services.

In this opportunity 475 exhibitors from 24 countries were present. The main Europe vehicles armorers that work with AGP were there, who presented more than 20 vehicles assembled with AGP’s Bullet Resistant Glass.

The presence of AGP in this fair, represented by its glass in most of the exhibited vehicles, demonstrates the strength of our company in the European markets, with a high participation in the curved BRG market in this region.

Mercedes Benz chooses AGP as provider

As a result of the good work and support given by the people involved in the preparation of EDAG’s audit, AGP Brazil will be the provider of the project for MBZ W212 Mexico

During month of May, EDAG, one of the world's largest independent development partners, made an audit to the Brazil Facility, which aimed to consolidate AGP as the sole parts provider for Mercedes Benz W212 project.

After analyzing the requirements and the implementation of certain required actions, EDAG approved the audit, which will led to AGP Brazil to be the main parts supplier for the Mexico’s W212 Mercedez Benz project.

According to Rodrigo Cardoso, AGP Brazil Quality Manager, this action positions very well the Company because it will be the supplier of one of the best and largest vehicle manufacturers, recognized globally for its excellent quality as it is Mercedes Benz.

In this way, AGP shows again its strength against the competition, allowing it to increase market participation and world-class positioning.
