The Role
As an Analyst - Finance & Administration your primary focus will be to provide financial and administrative support for the organization. Process payments, verify invoices and reconcile all expenses and keep track of what's going out of the business. The role will support company initiatives and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Take care of daily operations such as the verification and recognition of invoices (accounts payables and accounts receivables)
- Manage the cash management and treasury process
- Ensure tax compliance and clarify tax questions with the help of consultants
- Support with any ad hoc or administrative tasks as required
- Assisted in the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. Steuerfachangestellte)
1+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, preferably with a tax consultant or auditing firm
Good MS Office knowledge and experience in dealing with SAP FI
Independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Fluent German, Advanced English
