Manage the importation of materials and equipment of different origins as established in the purchase orders or contracts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations of origin and destination, requesting documentation adequate to the requirements of each country.
Comply with all the documentation required by IMMEX during the import process and guarantee the adequate storage of the same.
Find the best transportation options according to the needs of internal customers, guaranteeing the best cost and the best time of the operation.
Work together with the Purchasing, Planning and Warehouse area to guarantee adequate compliance of the agreed with the supplier and with the internal customer.
Guarantee the fulfillment of the transit time according to that requested by the internal client and agreed by the Purchasing team.
Find the best cost options to bring the material or equipment in a timely manner.
Guarantee that the transport of the cargo complies with all the requirements of origin, destion and according to company policy.
Guarantee the correct fulfillment and storage of the necessary documents for their due sustenance.
Bachelor degree in International Relations or equivalent.
English Level: Advance
At least 3 years of experience in same rol.
Excelent comunication skills.
Organization, self-motivation and results-driven abilities.
