Description
We are now looking for a Quality Ambassador in China
The Role
Responsible for customer satisfaction, representing AGP plants in a professional manner at all times, and promoting customer confidence in AGP’s products and capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing uncompromising communication and feedback to customers and AGP team regarding any inquiries, concerns and issues that may arise.
2. Answer technical questions raised by customers as needed with high capability to determine appropriate options that can be proposed as solutions
3. Accompany Program managers, Project team as needed to provide technical support at the customers and suppliers.
4. Responsible for accuracy of information and communication between AGP and its customers.
5. Provide on-site support to quickly identify and resolve product quality issues and/or engage appropriate members of AGP team to assist
6. Ability to conduct deep analysis of data (performance/ dimensional data) and interpret data to understand trends.
7. Responsible for managing, organizing onsite containment activities and inspect glass by self or through third parties if needed.
8. Strong root cause analysis capability with 8D background including identification of corrective actions.
9. Provide an active technical leadership role in product reviews

Technical Degree
College Degree
English
Engineering Specialization
Core Tools: DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA,etc.)
Problem Solving
More than 3 years on similar roles. Preferably within the Automotive Industry
