Establish and maintain a powerful relationship with the Customers of the plant as well as manufacturing, to assure good quality of parts for the customer.
a) Manage complaints from the customer and secure their effectiveness in the plant.
b) First contact for production and support if needed to evaluate parts.
c) Follow up the internal loses and establish robust actions to reduce them.
d) Perform Process Audits on the shop floor with the focus on the last issues faced implementation.
e) Establish, maintain, and develop further a robust and sustainable control plan.
f) Provide input from customer concerns and findings on the shop floor to the best practice and Lesson learnt teams.
University or Master studies (Quality, Engineering, other related)
At least 1-3 years of experience in similar position and functions in the area of Quality and related, ideally in automotive companies.
Good English language skills (spoken and written).
Courses and / or training in quality.
Good knowledge of IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP, customer requirements, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools, problem solving methods.
