Establish and maintain a powerful relationship with the customers of the plant as well as manufacturing, to assure good quality of parts.
Establish and maintain a powerful relationship with the customers of the plant as well as manufacturing, to assure good quality of parts for the customer.
a) Manage complaints from the customer and secure their effectiveness in the plant.
b) First contact for production and support if needed to evaluate parts.
c) Follow up the internal loses and establish robust actions to reduce them.
d) Perform Process Audits on the shop floor with the focus on the last issues faced implementation.
e) Establish, maintain, and develop further a robust and sustainable control plan.
f) Provide input from customer concerns and findings on the shop floor to the best practice and Lesson learnt teams.
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Glass Industry.
Knowledge of IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP, customer requirements, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools, problem solving methods.
