The Role

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing, hiring the best talents for the right positions.

Responsibilities

a) Prepare and publish job postings.
b) Work with direct and passive candidates, through recruiting or direct search (Head hunting).
c) Make contact with public and private agencies of employment to develop partner for the search of candidates.
d) Design and implement a Trainee Program to guarantee the company will have internal fresh talents and support the growth of AGP.
e) Lead internal and external selection process and present job offer, partnering with HR colleagues and others managers/leader.
f) Create connection and represent AGP on University and employment fairs.
g) Update LinkedIn and webpage careers of AGP with relevant information for talent acquisition.
h) Create data base of potential candidates and market mapping.
i) Create, stablish, and implement the standardization of AGP selection process and interviews.
j) Implement programs that could rise the attractiveness of the company, contributing to the employer branding creation.
k) Implement and track TA KPIs to monitor and improve the opportunities found.

Requirements
  • University or Technical studies (HR, Management or similar)

  • +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for white collars.

  • Basic knowledge about the automotive industry standards and core tools.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and SharePoint. SAP is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Highly recommended Dutch skills and Spanish is a plus.

  • Excellent planning and time management skills

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of hiring/talent metrics and how to make effective use of these.

  • Negotiation skills, results driven and learning agility.
