About a century ago, the Mannheim family opened their first glass company in Berlin, Germany. Over the following 100 years, their future-oriented vision and drive for innovation led them to consolidate AGP Group, one of the world’s leading specialty glazing manufacturers, with a developed portfolio of products for the automotive, marine, mass transit, and security segments.
In 2015, AGP Group launched their newest business unit: AGP eGlass. With a value proposition focused on identifying and responding to the CASE megatrends, AGP eGlass is enabling a new generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.
With about 4,200 professionals employed globally from 60 nationalities, the company provides high-tech glazing solutions to more than 20 automotive brands that are shaping the future of mobility.
Today, AGP counts seven manufacturing plants and three Tech Innovation Centers in Europe and South America, as well as commercial offices in 20 countries.
