Payroll Analyst

The Role

Support on payroll processes to assure the accurate and efficient employee registration and compensation complying with internal and external procedures and regulations.


a) Ensure accurate and updated employee data entry on the registration system.
b) Guarantee correct overtime and total worked hours payment using Protime.
c) Build capabilities for the leaders to them to use properly the Protime system.
d) Report to agencies interim’s work attendance and overtime.
e) Comply with the administrative procedures to ensure the employee registration on insurances policies, eco-vouchers any all-employee’s allowance managed with external providers.
f) Attend employee’s and interim’s concerns and information requests.
g) Elaboration of employee contracts and renovations and ensure all work-relationship agreements are documented.
h) Liaise with payroll provider and agencies.
i) Manage the system to generate payroll KPI reports.
j) Update employee data bases and HR systems.
k) Assist with the administration of all employee benefits.
l) Remit payments to tax and social insurance authorities and benefits providers; complete and submit any required regulatory forms.
m) Support with reporting requirement regarding employees and interims information and compensation.
n) Provide general support for payroll and compensation area.

  • University, Technical or High School studies in Administration, business, accounting, finance, payroll or similar field.

  • Labor local law knowledge.

  • Desired 1 years of experience with payroll and compensation and benefits.

  • Knowledge or experience with SD Worx and Protime (desired).

  • Knowledge or experience with accounting is a plus.

  • Advance Excel knowledge

  • Advance Dutch & English language skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and excellent organization and communication skills.
